The system is equipped with 4 powerful lasers (405, 488, 561, 642 nm), 2 cameras (fast sCMOS for larger objects (primary SIM detection) and sensitive EM-CCD for single molecule detection (primary PALM/STORM detection). The system is also equipped for long term automated live cell observations.
