Participants had an opportunity to create new specific working relationships and informally explore areas of cooperation. The aim was to have institutes introduce activities, offers and areas for cooperation; participants had a mere 120 seconds to manage this task. A total of 25 teams participated in the informal discussions of specific possibilities for cooperation.
“The non-traditional form of the presentations was really inspiring, we enhanced our network of cooperating organisations and we were successful in setting up several promising partnerships for the future”, commented CEITEC Executive Director, Tomáš Hruda. The 120-second meeting format is an effective way to find new contacts; this format is being utilized by JIC – the South Moravian Innovative Centre in this country.
