The Projects Administration Department ensures management and administration of national projects realised at CEITEC MU, including economic, administrative as well as reporting parts. It also provides administrative support during realisation of CEITEC MU international projects. Furthermore, it provides activities connected with the operation of Core Facilities at CEITEC MU.
The main tasks of the department include in particular:
- Ensuring of administrative tasks associated with project administration (submission of interim reports, communication with the provider, management of project changes, management of project risks)
- Monitoring of project obligations and indicators
- Archiving of project documentation
- Coordination of project audits and inspections
- Calculation of prices for the use of the Core Facility services
- Analysing of the usability and costs of the Core Facilities
