Microscale thermophoresis is based on physical principle of measuring changes of the mobility of molecules in microscopic temperature gradients. Movements of molecules along the temperature gradients is called thermophoresis. This method allows to detect changes in hydration shell, charge or size of molecules and thus detect biomoleclar interaction.
The lecture will be focused on introduction of new analysis software and newly developed labeling kits. No registration – number of seats is limited only by room.
After the lecture there will be a possibiliy to go through already measured data and discuss them with an expert in this field. If you are interested in discussion part, let us know, please.
