Brief description of the project:
The goal of the project is to strengthen and improve staffing at the Central European Institute of Technology (CEITEC) and to transfer the newly obtained skills to the target group of academic employees and university students. The project will contribute to the improved quality of human resources, both at the centre management level and at the level of individual research programs and groups.
This goal will be achieved through engaging employees in the positions of scientific and executive director to share their experiences, and whose activities will support the creation of high-quality teams at the research centre.
The know-how brought to the project implementation team by these two future executive-level managers will significantly contribute to the implementation of management control elements in scientific excellence centres and to the introduction of methods and practices that have been proven in other countries. A secondary goal of the proposed project is to enhance the global reputation of the centre and to ensure its sustainable development by means ofincreasing the volume of contracted research and resources contributed by foreign grants.
