Instrument description: Complete diffraction system for home single crystal x-ray diffraction 3D structure determination optimized for bio-macromolecular samples. The system consists of rotatng anode high flux x-ray source (Cu Ka radiation, multilayered focusing optics), partial chi axis goniometer, Saturn 944+ HG CCD detector, Cryostream cooling device, fully automatized ACTOR (Automatic Crystal Transport Orientation and Retrieval) robot for automatic processing of multiple samples (screening and/or meaurement) and relevant sotware.
