SPEAKERS: Boris Tichý (CEITEC MU), Vladimir Benes, Jonathan Landry, and Jan Provaznik (EMBL Heidelberg); Andreas Agathangelidis and Nikos Papakonstantinou (CERTH), Lesley Ann Sutton(UU).
The workshop on next-gen sequencing technologies and applications will be focused on both theoretical and practical aspects of next-generation sequencing including but not limited to applications of NGS in medicine (eg. sequencing of somatic genomes, rare variant screening).
Programme for Wednesday and Friday is closed, but feel free to register for lectures at Thursday.
